RAPTOR SHOUT OUT goes to senior RyAnne Steffen and junior Maguire Neumann. They both have paintings that have received awards and will be on display at BVU's WISE Juried Art Show February 18-March 12. The award reception will be held on February 18th at 2:30 located at Buena Vista University's Campus Art Gallery. Congratulations to both RyAnne and Maguire!

7:00pm Ridge View Boys Basketball will host Okoboji in the 1st round of Regional Tournament play in Holstein. This will be one varsity game only, starting at 7:00pm. doors will open at 6:00pm. The winner will move on to round 2. Tickets are available through Hometown Ticketing ONLY. You will not be able to purchase your ticket at the gate.

Jazz Band students and Mr. Kistenmacher are at Morningside University for a Jazz Band Festival.
JH Wrestling has a meet at Manson Northwest Webster in Manson starting at 4:00pm.
High School Archery has a competition at Lawton today starting at 4:00pm.
JVR, JV, and Varsity Boys Basketball are traveling to Sac City today. The JVR game starts at 4:30pm, JV game starts at 6:00pm, Varsity will start at approximately 7:30pm.
RAPTOR SHOUT OUT goes to our large group speech participants. The kids represented Ridge View well at state receiving multiple I ratings. Special shout out to Grant Movall, Dayne Winkel, Molly Reiss, Katie Laura, Jayley Endrulat, Leanna Vincent, Emma Mentzer, Noah Shepherd, Mazee Henningson, and Mya Henningson for their short film that earned them a trip to all-state titled "Canceling The Cable." Congratulations!
Junior High Wrestling will be traveling to Manson Northwest Webster on Thursday, Dec. 9th for a meet starting at 4:00pm. There WILL BE gate fees charged for this meet. Adult admission is $3.00, Student admission is $2.00, Preschool and under are free.
Check out General Science and Physics students' presentations of their Ping Pong Pickup Challenge. The best score for Gen. Sci. was 235 (pickup of 300 cm), and Physics had 251 (pickup of 340 cm).

CongratulationS to Tatum Shepherd for gaining her 100th career win during the regional meet. Tatum is one of two Iowa girls to ever achieve that distinction as a junior and one of 5 in state history including seniors!! WAY TO GO TATUM!!!
A HUGE Ridge View Shout Out to our High School Girls Wrestling! As a team, Ridge View finished 1st overall with a team total of 205.5 points at the Regional Meet held on Friday, Jan. 27th!!
